MUMS & BUBS

A 6 week postnatal Reformer Pilates program for our Mums to focus on their movement with their beautiful bubs alongside. A great way to bond with bub, and be part of a community of like-minded mums while supporting your wellbeing postpartum.

1x 50 minute classes per week on Wednesdays at 12pm. Our next program commences Wednesday 13th of November. Please note, this program is suitable for our Mums with bubs who are not yet on the move.
