Welcome to SLC in Como, Perth! Our studio offers a variety of Pilates classes for all levels, including Reformer, Aerial, and Mat Pilates options. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, we have something for you.

One of our most popular classes is First Base. This 50-minute class is perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates or those who prefer a classical approach. During First Base, you will learn the foundational movements and basic exercises needed to progress to more advanced classes. Our small class sizes allow for individualized attention and personal modification based on your ability and mood.

In addition to our traditional Pilates classes, we also offer Aerial Pilates at SLC. This unique and dynamic form of Pilates uses a silk hammock to support the body and add an element of resistance and challenge to the exercises. Aerial Pilates is a fun and exciting way to mix up your usual Pilates routine, and it is suitable for all levels.

Reformer Pilates Classes Perth

First Base

Self Love starts here! First Base is your 50-minute starting point for Reformer Pilates classes.
If you are new to Reformer Pilates or prefer a classical approach, this is the class for you.
Safely learn and practice the foundational movements and basic exercises you will need to
work your way up to our more advanced classes. 
Our small class sizes mean individualised attention and personal modification based on your ability and mood.

Jump Start

Jump Start

Advanced Reformer Pilates using the Jumpboard. 

Need that Jump Start to Self Love? This class will get you bounding toward your goals. 

This class is all about jumping. We combine plyometric training with strength and cardio, while minimising the impact on your joints. 

This 50 minute class is suitable for our clients who have completed First Base and Tough Love Reformer classes in our studio, or who have consistent prior Reformer experience. 

Me Time

Treat yourself to some “Me Time”.

Join us for a 50-minute class aimed at releasing body tension through stretching and fascial release. We finish with a 10 minute meditation to help further relax the body and mind.

Because taking care of yourself is priority number one, Cherubs!

Tough Love

You’ve got the motivation, let us test your dedication.

Challenge yourself to a little Tough Love! This 50-minute class is suitable for our intermediate and advanced clients. 

Join us as we combine functional movements with a focus on alignment and strength. Tough Love is designed to challenge you to rediscover your posture, balance, and stability in a new and unique way with each and every class.

Because great things never came from comfort zones!


A 6 week postnatal program for our Mums to focus on their movement with their beautiful bubs alongside. A great way to bond with bub, and be part of a community of like-minded mums while supporting your wellbeing postpartum.

Please note, this program is suitable for our Mums with bubs who are not yet on the move. Please bring your pram/play mat.

Aerial Pilates Classes Perth


Our introductory/beginners Aerial Pilates class.

Learn the fundamentals of the Aerial silks. This class will introduce you to the basic safety skills and understanding you will need to safely participate in our other Aerial classes.

Learn, experience and master what Aerial Pilates is all about! Get a sneak peak into what to expect from our Cloud Nine and Wild Hearts classes.

Cloud Nine

Cloud Nine Aerial pilates class in perth

Our all levels Aerial Pilates class (please note you must attend at least 1x Aerial Fundamentals class prior).

Leave feeling like you’re on Cloud Nine with our 50 minute self-indulgence Aerial Pilates class.

Run at a lovingly slow pace, the silk provides the perfect support for your body to relax, stretch and recharge. We finish with a 10 minute meditation to help further relax the body and mind. This class is all about YOU, so take from it what you please.

Wild Hearts

Our advanced Aerial Pilates class.

Using the Aerial Silks, we will take you through a 50 minute class focused on foundational and challenging techniques and poses to allow you to feel comfortable, safe and increase your confidence in the silk. We focus on strengthening, stretching, joint rotation, mobility and decompression of the spine.

Take the time to appreciate your body and all that it does for you. The world can wait.

Open to those who have completed our Aerial Cloud Nine class prior or who have previous Aerial experience.

MAT Pilates Classes Perth

Mat fling

Bring your self (love) to the floor and dominate the mat.

Our instructors will take you through a fun and challenging flow. There’s nowhere to hide when it’s just your body and gravity so be prepared to open your mind and show yourself what you are truly capable of.

Make sure you listen out for options to tone it back or turn it up full notch, and watch your skills and strength improve across all our classes.

Your body & mind deserve to unwind. Join us on the floor as we take you through a series of movements aimed at lengthening your muscles, mobilising your joints and using props such as a foam roller, yoga block and massage ball to support a deep myofascial release. Leave the room feeling centred, relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your week, Cherub!

hybrid Pilates Class Perth

Our advanced Reformer and Mat hybrid class. 

It takes two to tango! Join us on a weekly Double Date where we combine all your favourite elements of Reformer and Mat Pilates with a strength focus. Move from station to station and challenge yourself to take it to the next level. 

We promise you’ll love this type of Double Date.
